This resort town is situated on the border between France and Italy, on the western shore of Liguria, about 20 kilometers from the French border. Bordighera is renowned for its azure sea, exotic palm trees, and lush greenery.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the town, surrounded by a garden with decorative and fruit trees, equipped with an automatic irrigation system. It consists of two separate buildings with a total area of 350 sq.m. (one about 200 sq.m. and the second, a guest house, 150 sq.m.)

The first house includes two levels. On the first: a bedroom with access to the terrace, a bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet;

On the second level: a living room with access to the garden and terrace, a dining room with access to the garden and terrace, a kitchen with built-in furniture, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a terrace, a bathroom with a shower, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The second house (guest house) includes: a kitchen, a living room with access to the garden and terrace, two bedrooms with access to the terrace and garden, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, and a laundry room. The garden features a pool. There is a large garage and parking for cars. The roads and paths to the house are paved with natural stone. The villa is equipped with automatic heating, a security alarm system, air conditioning, and an intercom. The villa is fully furnished and ready for living, requiring no additional investments.

Rental is available for a year or half a year, with payment made in advance for the entire rental period. A refundable deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required to cover potential property damage (refunded upon departure). Utility payments (electricity, gas, condominium maintenance) are also made in advance for the entire rental period. The agency fee is 15% of the annual rent plus VAT.
