The resort town of Bordighera is located on the Franco-Italian border, on the western coast of Liguria, about 20 kilometers from the French border, known for its blue sea, exotic palm trees, and lush vegetation.

The villa, with a total area of about 200 m2, is situated in a residential and quiet area of the city, surrounded by a garden with decorative and fruit trees, equipped with an automatic irrigation system.

On the first level: a living room with access to the terrace and garden, a kitchen with built-in cabinets, bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with a shower, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the second level: two bedrooms with access to the terrace, two bathrooms, and a large terrace.

The property is rented for one year or six months, the rent is paid in advance for the entire period, a refundable deposit equal to two months' rent is also paid in case of possible damage to the property (this amount is returned upon departure), utilities are included in the rent. The real estate agency's commission is 15% of the annual rent plus VAT (value-added tax).
