The villa is situated on an elevation above Bordighera, facing southwest, where the sun shines from morning until evening. The house is located in a very quiet and green area, away from the railway tracks running along the coast and the highway, which is hidden behind the mountain.

The view from the villa is stunning and breathtaking, offering a panorama of Bordighera, Menton, Monte Carlo, Nice, and Cannes. Unusually for Liguria, there is a large flat plot of land around the house, where a pool and relaxation area can be placed.

The villa's area on the first floor is about 100 sq.m., and on the second floor - 95 sq.m.

On the first floor, there is an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace and access to the garden, a kitchen-dining room with wooden and marble furniture, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

On the second floor, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, three of which have sea views. The master bedroom is prepared for possible conversion into a kitchen, with water and sewage connections. The central bedroom is separated from the master by a wall. The property is available for rent for a year or six months, with rent paid in advance for the entire term, along with a refundable deposit of two months in case of potential damage (returned upon departure).
