This villa is situated on an elevated position overlooking Bordighera and is oriented southwest, where the sun shines from morning until evening. The property is located in a quiet and green area, away from the railway tracks that run along the coast and the highway hidden behind a hill.

A magnificent panoramic view opens up to Bordighera, Menton, Monte Carlo, Nice, and Cannes. It's rare in this part of Liguria to find a house with a large and flat plot of land, where a pool and relaxation area can be accommodated.
