A new villa is available for rent, located approximately 1.5 km from the sea with panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and the city of Bordighera, as well as the cities of France - Monaco and Saint-Tropez. Bordighera is a resort town on the border of France and Italy, on the western coast of Liguria, 20 km from the French border. Here you will find the azure sea, exotic palm trees, and lush vegetation.

The villa is situated in a residential and peaceful area of the city, surrounded by a garden with decorative and fruit trees, equipped with an automatic irrigation system. The villa consists of two separate houses with a total area of 350 sq.m. (one is approximately 200 sq.m. and the other 150 sq.m.)

The first house has two floors. The first floor features a bedroom with access to a terrace, a bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet;

The second floor includes a living room with access to a terrace and garden, a dining room with access to a terrace and garden, a kitchen with built-in cabinets, two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and access to a terrace, a bathroom with a shower, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
