New restaurant for sale in Sanremo

After a major renovation in Sanremo, a new restaurant with furniture has emerged. The main hall has seating for 50 guests, 12 tables, a separate bar counter, an autonomous kitchen for preparing hot dishes, a corridor, a staff dressing room, and a toilet. The total area is 130 m2 (commercial total area 140 m2). The restaurant is located 50 meters from the beaches of Sanremo, the bike path, and the city center. In the summer, there is a veranda with seating for 20 guests.

The major renovation was carried out in 2020. All electrical and plumbing systems have been replaced, video surveillance has been installed, a new extractor fan motor, new music and lighting equipment, active speakers with a power of 1000 kW. Condominium expenses amount to 300 euros per year, utility bills - 600 euros per month. There are parking spaces near the restaurant.
