A New Restaurant for Sale in Sanremo

A new restaurant in Sanremo is up for sale, fully renovated and furnished. The total area is 130 m² (commercial area 140 m²) and features a main hall with 50 seats, 12 tables, a separate bar counter, a kitchen for hot dishes, a corridor, a staff changing room, and a restroom. The restaurant is located just 50 meters from Sanremo's beaches, a bike path, and the city center. In the summer, a terrace with 20 seats opens.

The major renovation was completed in 2020, with a complete update of electrical and plumbing systems, installation of video surveillance, a new exhaust motor, modern music and lighting equipment, and active speakers with a power of 1000 kW. The annual condominium fee is 300 euros, and utility bills are 600 euros per month. There are parking spaces available near the restaurant.
