Long-term Villa Rental in Sanremo

A villa in Sanremo, located on a hill with a sea view, is available for long-term rent. The villa covers an area of 238 m² and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with ancient trees. The villa has two floors and includes:

First Floor: A bright and spacious living room with a unique fireplace, polished parquet flooring, stained glass windows, and access to the garden, a dining room with garden access, a kitchen with a pantry and a bathroom. The floors are connected by an elegant wooden staircase.

Second Floor: Three bedrooms with terrace access and sea views, two bathrooms.

The villa is in perfect condition, equipped with autonomous heating, parking for three cars, and a garage. Its convenient location near the highway and the city center makes it an excellent choice for living and leisure.

The rental agreement is for a minimum of 12 months. Advance payment for the entire rental period is required. A deposit equivalent to two months' rent is refundable at the end of the lease after the condition inspection. Advance payment for utilities and internet (if available) for the entire period is required. Any difference in favor of the tenant will be refunded. Keys are handed over after signing the contract and full payment via bank transfer. The agent's commission is 10% of the annual rent plus 22% VAT.
