Rent is paid in advance; if the contract is for 6 months, 6 months' rent is paid upfront (if the contract is for 12 months, 12 months' rent is paid upfront) + a deposit in case of property damage (one month's rent). Costs for electricity, gas, water, garbage, gardener, and pool maintenance are paid separately.

The real estate agency's commission is 10% of the total rental amount.
