Heating is autonomous (gas boiler and radiators), and an air conditioning system is also installed.

Rental conditions: The apartment is available for a term of 6 or 12 months. Rent is paid in advance for the entire term. A refundable deposit of two months' rent is required. Utilities (electricity, gas) are paid in advance. The agency fee is 15% of the annual rental cost + VAT.
