Apartment in Bordighera

A three-room apartment is available for long-term rent on via Romana in Bordighera, spread over two levels. The total area of the apartment is approximately 100 m². It is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and consists of the following rooms:

Third floor: entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen-living room with access to a balcony, two bedrooms, one of which also has access to a balcony.

Fourth floor: bedroom and bathroom

Heating is individual, and electricity is included in the condominium expenses. The garage accommodates one car. The ceiling height in the apartment reaches 3 meters.

The rental agreement is for a term of 6 or 12 months. Rent is paid in advance for the entire term of the agreement. A security deposit equivalent to three months' rent is required and will be returned after the property inspection upon departure.

Advance payment is required for gas, water, condominium services, waste disposal, and internet (if available) for the entire stay. Any difference in favor of the tenant will be refunded.

Keys are handed over upon fulfillment of two conditions: signing the Agreement and completing all listed payments.

Agency fees are 10 percent of the annual rent plus VAT.
