Apartment in Bordighera

A three-room apartment is available for rent on via Romana in Bordighera, spread over two levels. The total area of the apartment is approximately 100 m². It is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator and includes:

Third floor: Entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen-living room with access to a balcony, two bedrooms, one of which has access to a balcony.

Fourth floor: Bedroom, bathroom.

Heating is individual, and electricity is included in the condominium fee. There is a garage for one car. The ceiling height in the apartment is 3 meters.

The rental agreement is signed for 12 months. Payment is made upfront for the entire rental period. In case of damages, a deposit equal to three months' rent is required, which is refunded after the apartment's condition is checked upon departure.

Services such as gas, water, condominium fees, waste disposal, and internet (if available) are paid in advance for the entire stay. In case of overpayment, the difference is refunded to the tenants.

Keys are handed over upon meeting two conditions: signing the Agreement and making all specified payments.

The agency fee is 10 percent of the annual rent plus VAT.
