The accommodation is situated on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator (the elevator opens directly into the apartment) and includes: an entrance from the elevator directly into the hallway, a living room with access to a terrace overlooking the sea, a separate kitchen with a balcony, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The apartment features an individual heating system. The annual condominium fee is approximately 2300 euros.

The apartment is located near the Sanremo Fountain, Piazza Colombo, and all city infrastructure.

The rental agreement is for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months. Rent payment is required in advance for the entire term of the contract. The deposit is equivalent to two months' rent and is refundable after the property inspection at the end of the contract. An advance payment for electricity, gas, water, utilities, garbage disposal, and internet (if available) is required for the entire rental period. In case of overpayment, the excess amount will be refunded to the tenant. Keys are handed over after signing the contract and 100% payment via bank transfer, as specified above. The agency fee is 15% of the annual rent + 22% VAT.
