The apartment has recently undergone major renovations: windows and doors have been replaced, Daikin air conditioners installed, modern style, and built-in appliances. There is a garage with automatic gates and a basement.

The apartment is available for a year or half a year, with the rent paid in full in advance for the entire period, along with a refundable deposit equivalent to two months' rent in case of potential damages (the amount is returned upon departure). Utility services (electricity, gas, condominium maintenance) are also paid in advance for the entire rental period. The agency fee is 10% of the annual rent plus VAT (Value Added Tax).
